1. Start a new post or reply to an existing thread.
2. Below the text box where you input your message, find the "Upload a File" button.
3. Click on "Upload a File". This will open a window for you to browse and select the image file you want to attach from your computer.
4. Once you've selected your image, click "Open". The file will then be uploaded.
5. After your file has been uploaded, you can choose to insert it into your post as a "Thumbnail" or as a "Full Image". Click on one of those options to insert the image. The "Full Image" option will display the image at its original size, while the "Thumbnail" option will create a smaller, clickable version of the image.
