I saw this last night. Very good and lots of Keds. The mom wears blue mostly but white a few times. His sisters wear them and his girl friend in high school wears white ones.

Trivia: The mom is played by Michelle Williams, whose career essentially started with her role as Jen Lindley on Dawson's Creek. I think I remember her wearing Converse in that show at some point. She may have also worn some kind of sneakers in the indy film Wendy And Lucy that I saw a long time ago.
