TV Show G-Rated Nike Farrah Fawcett Skateboard Chase From Charlie's Angels

I found the Charlie's Angels episode which features Farrah Fawcett wearing the same Nike sneakers seen in several publicity photos for the show. These screen captures are from the Season 1 episode "Consenting Adults" (Episode 11). In an absurdly long chase sequence containing several comic moments, Farrah's character Jill Munroe (and her stunt double) eludes a van driven by the bad guy. The captures are taken from an official-release standard-definition DVD, so resolution is only fair -- but I found the project worthwhile!

I remember the nylon Nike Cortez. Very popular in my area in the early 1980's. I prefer them to the leather ones. The red stripe was probably the most popular.

The leather ones came in red and blue stripes as I recall. (Not as many varieties as in today's market.)

I have a memory of a girl in one of my high school classes with the red-striped nylon ones complaining how her feet got wet when she had to go outside for gym class second period. She was not happy that she had to spend the rest of day in damp tennis shoes.
