Google has a search engine Here
With a regular search in English, three areas rely on your language being used. The search term, the results page and the pages you visit. This new metho will show you new websites for each language you select
It gives you a search box where you search for a term in English.
Next, Google then searches using a translated version of your term creating results from the other language and translates them back to english.
The results that show will be different from a normal "English " google search because it will show websites from that language.
So start with English to Spanish and perform all of your favorite searches. Don't burn yourself out because you have another over 20 languages remaining to search your same words all over again. You will only have to deal with a language difference once you enter the site.
To make it even easier, use the newest Chrome browser which wil translate each website you enter. Now, all three steps will show in English.

Using codes with your Google Search
When a particular word can have several ways of being spelled such as (Hi tops, Hi-tops, High Tops) or words to describe a person such as (Female, Woman, Women), here is the Perfect Solution!
For a Google search, you can enter a * which is called a wild card. Just like with a deck of cards, this takes the place of any word and can become any word that fits into your phrase results. So now, instead of having to do 4 separate searches for basically the same phrase per sneaker brand, now you can turn them all up in one search. Here are some examples:
* wearing sneakers
* wearing nike
* wearing * sneakers
Or you can use the ~ symbol instead which is a synonym code.
For example: ~sneaker pictures
will also bring up results with trainers and kicks. What ever word is directly in front of the ~ will be used and replaced with other words that mean the same exact thing.
So now in one search you will return results for sneaker pictures, trainer pictures, kicks pictures.
Now to further filter this out when you do not want specific words where you may be looking for only male or female. Then you will use a -male or -female
For example: * wearing sneakers -male
will replace the * and give you results that do not contain the word male
Example: * wearing sneakers -female
now female results and words for the * will not show or be used.
Let me know if this helps anyone again. If so, I will continue with some more cool tricks.
