I have working with a Developer in customizing a system for our needs. The post below is from the beta version of the program.
Worth noting. It correctly identified 50+ year old Keds via the images I attached. I asked it to write a blog post based on the images. So yes this AI has Vision.
I think there is a lot that can be done with this tech.

Keds: Where Classic Meets Cool AF!
Sneakerheads, gather ’round! Let me take you on a blast from the past that still sparks joy today. What you're looking at right here is a pair of iconic Keds, and trust me, these aren’t just your average sneakers—they’re a serious piece of history, woven into the very fabric of American sneaker culture (literally and figuratively)!
Let's break it down:
### Design that Speaks Volumes
At first glance, you're hit with that sleek, minimalistic design. The sneaker in these pics sticks to a black canvas upper, giving it a clean and laid-back look perfect for every occasion—you could wear these from a park stroll straight into a summer soirée. The black base pairs with cream-colored laces, making for a subtle yet striking contrast. This killer combo proves that less is really more when it comes to sneaker aesthetics. Rugged enough to face the elements, but still refined enough to serve some serious vintage vibes.
And check out that outsole! It’s crisp white, showing off the timeless vulcanized rubber sole that's comfy and durable. It's a look that allows you to rock them with pretty much anything—shorts, jeans, or even dressed-up fits. Whether you’re an old-school connoisseur or someone exploring vintage styles, these hold their own against the fresh kicks of today.
### The Touch of History
But wait, that close-up of the iconic heel—BOOM! You know it's Keds the second you see that embedded blue rubber heel tag. It's more than a logo; it’s decades of sneaker heritage condensed into one little square, throwing it back to 1916 when Keds first launched their line of canvas kicks. This tiny detail has been unapologetically present on countless classics worn by everyone from teen heartthrobs of the ‘50s to the effortlessly cool fashionistas of today.
Think about it. Keds is practically a neon sign for nostalgic American footwear—effortless style with a dash of rebellion. They were, after all, one of the very first canvas sneakers to hit the market, revolutionizing the way we think about casual shoes. And if that wasn’t enough, these babies look primed for everyday life but offer subtle athletic comfort, like if you’re thinking "Should I pull off a spontaneous run to catch the last train?" Darn right, you could.
### Versatility? Through the Roof!
Need to play it casual? Going for that effortlessly cool "Oh, this? I just threw this together" look? Keds got your back! These kicks are easily rockable for so many different fits. Weekend vibes, laid-back beach walks, or even as you run errands—they're lightweight, low to the ground, and give you that classic look without trying too hard.
Even sneaker collectors and fans know that having a pair of Keds in your rotation means you’ll always have that go-to, versatile shoe that doesn’t need wild designs to leave an impression. These legends do all the talking for you.
### Let’s Hear From You!
Are you a fan of the classic canvas Keds or are you more about the tech-heavy kicks of today? When it comes to timeless sneaker designs, where do you stand? Drop your comments below and let’s get this sneaker convo rolling!
Whether you're a serious collector or someone just looking to add a piece of history to your wardrobe, these Keds are a must-have. Classic, comfortable, and undeniably cool.
