Check out the trailers for Mamma Mia! Meryl Streep is wearing natural canvas champions with the 2007 segmented/ESO sole. It appears like there will be a good number of shots of her wearing, walking, and laying down with them in the air! :icon_eek:

Will it surpass the Hulk as my favorite summer 2008 movie? I don't know. I DO know, though, that Keds has finally gotten off their bums and gotten into product placement in movies!

I just watched the trailer and the exclusive clip. Appears she is wearing the 'Destroyed' Champs S/O, but there were laces added in were it normally doesn't have them. Nontheless, it looks even better with the laces.

Great close-ups though.

i saw some keds knock offs in the movie Deep Rising, the main girl wears them in he movie. Also in Deep Blue Sea, Saffron Burrows wears white keds in one scene in the begining

I saw a Canadian film called Black Eyed Dog. The main character wears white keds or knockoffs 90% of the time. She is a waitress in a diner. There is even a sex scene where a customer takes her to a motel and she keeps her shoes on.

This is the movie of that title from 2006, not 1999.

When i did a search for this movie on IMDb it lists results for 2006 and 1999 which one is it?

"Across the Universe" has some really nice pics of cheerleaders and high school girls wearing Keds or Knock Offs. Rachael Evan Woods looks great in them!!
