Movie Keds The Millers (1 Viewer)

Please note, this is not the same as "We're the Millers," the Jennifer Aniston movie. This is the new CBS TV sitcom simply called The Millers.

It's a poor show that will likely be cancelled before the season ends, but the charming Jayma Mays (from Glee) co-stars and is wearing black or navy Keds or Keds knock-offs in the first episode that aired this week.


I read an article a couple of years ago in which she admitted a love of Keds, so it's not just a wardrobe department's random choice.

Her own style is a little more eclectic.
"I have a mix of everything. You'd probably think I'm schizophrenic if you looked in my closet. I have a lot of vintage and '60s inspired things. I like jeans and t-shirts. I love sneakers. I live in Keds. Emma's definitely more put together than I ever am."

Not sure what they are, but not KEDS. There is a stripe in the white rubber on the toe. And the lacing looked wrong.

I saw that thin stripe so that's why I added "or knock-offs." But they're hot nevertheless.

As far as I'm concerned, Keds are the gold standard...but look-alikes are good enough for silver.

More (low-res) images of the lovely Jayma Mays on The Millers. They look like purple Keds or Vans to me.

Another case of let CBS know you like the show or it (and she) will be gone.

The first set of pictures look like Jack Purcell Janes. The second set definitely keds or vans with 4 eyelets instead of 3. Both look great!

I would say a knock off brand of keds. Keds are coming back in style so we will see more knock off brands popping up.
