I guess I got lucky--when I met my wife 27 years ago--she kept asking me " what turns you on?"==I finally got up the nerve to tell her and things have been pure heaven since then-she wears Keds and converse most of the time and she always wears them to bed to play--not that she is personally into it--but because she likes to see me happy--we have 35 pair probably--I have loved sneakers most of my life--I discovered my fetish at maybe age 8--scared me at first--couldnt understand it--so happy we have this forum to show us that we are not alone.

WOW lots of Keds people in Ontario. I was in TO for 6 weeks for work late last year, too bad I couldn't have meet you all! I have met 1 icon in the Keds fetish world and talked to 1 on the phone. My once GF now ex GF was accepting at first and is now totally againist it. (hence the EX) And now she wonders why we can't get back together. I now wear Keds in front of my guy and women friends, but I'm not expecting anything to become of it in a fetish kind of a way, just accept me for who I am (ie: I'm the same guy they've know for the past 20 year except now I wear women's Keds) I'm still hoping to meet that some special who can share with me or at least accept my fetish for wearing women's Keds.

i was hesistant at first on telling my girlfriend my fetish. I always thought she'd laugh or make fun of me for it. Guess I was wrong...WAAAY wrong, she went out and bought a bunch of keds the day after i told her and that following weekend at her place was well...one word...amazing:icon_mrgr
I confess. I've had the pleasure of meeting a few keds folks around the country. All the encounters have been great. I've always thought about having a keds kruise or a Keds Konvention. An event where all of us sneaker peeps can relax and be who we are.
