Same here ... I've been with a couple long-term women who have humored me to the nth degree, but something's missing, and that "something" is that the sneaker attraction is not "intrinsic" to them... They derive no pure pleasure from wearing sneakers, but do it all the time because they know it "pleases" me...
I'm of the opinion that for ever 100 sneaker freaks out there, there's MAYBE 1, or even .5 women who share the fetish truly, and I believe I'm being generous.
Women are not fetishers as men are...
Bri, you're awesome ... I too, have taken to full-time women's sneaker wearing, and it's completely liberating. The folks at work rarely say anything, and I have to try really hard to get looks in public. It's great.
The sad thing though, is that I cannot find ANYONE in my area that shares my passion as I do... Almost everyone in my area (Bay are SF) is pretty much Ked-centric... As I like keds, (I own 4 pair), I like other sneakers much much more. I've tried Craig's list to no end, and all of the sneaker guys are either keds freaks, or guys who like masculine sneakers.
I've all but given up at this point. I try to post pictures of things that I find attractive, and am lucky to get a private message once in a blue moon. And those private messages are nothing more than a "thanks", or "you look hot" .. . Never any real insight or follow-up.
Lodo160 and Kedsbri are the real thing... They are sympathetic dyed in the wool keds freaks... I only wish they shared that same passion for the kinds of shoes I do.
Sometimes I really feel alone in my passion, and I rue on that. I'm just hoping that some day ... I can find someone, or a group that I can connect with.

Funny but my fetish started when I was 15 yrs old and it was funny cause at that time a girl from school was wearing nike cortez and for some odd reason i was feeling a little funny it was weird. Then after I found attraction on girls wearing converse I was going nuts, and like few people said I thought I was the only in this world with this fetish but I guess not. Anyway my last gf she kinda knew about my converse fetish I was happy to make a mini clip of her wearing a mini skirt school uniform with stockings and her black converse.

Well, I don't know if my g/f has a sneaker fetish (She knows about mine), though I think it is growing on her. I was dropping her off at where she lives after a date, and she asked if I wanted to "play" with her black lowtop chucks. After that, she asked if she could play with my new low-tops. First of all, I have to say its nice to be back, I've Re-discovered this group after a year or so of being gone... WOW the home-fires have definitely been kept burning!
Ever since I can remember I have always had a strange attraction to women's sneakers, I even recall my Mother saying that when I was a small child the only way she could get me to behave in the shopping-cart, was to get a pair of sneakers off of the shelf for me to play with (not in a sexual way).
Growing up I did the normal boy things, participated in sports, scouts, hunting, fishing ect, but I always loved to look, feel, smell, taste girls, especially my friends sisters sneakers, mostly Nike Cortez, Reebok Freestyle & Princess, & some Keds, but I always liked a more aggressive tread. For years I thought there was something "wrong" with me & surely there was no-one else who shared this strange fixation with sneakers that I had...untill I found the internet =) this opened up a whole new world for me!
Fast foreword a few years, & I started dating my wife, I came up with an ingenious plan one night (we both enjoy porn) we were watching a porno one night & I commented that the girls always wear high heels during sex, & that we should try it she obliged & we did it, I hate high heels by the way, anyway with that out of the way, I picked her up from cheerleading practice one night & we went at it in the back of my truck, I told her to go ahead & leave her cheerleading shoes on, Nike Cortez, I gave them a few licks & sniffs when I thought her eyes were closed but she said "I like that too" "Like what?" I said, she replied I love the smell of tennis shoe rubber I always have.
I then knew this was my soul-mate!
So, we both have shoe a fetish, but to different degrees, she likes to smell the soles of newish, mostly white sneaks, while I love dirty smelly worn trashed running, tennis & cross training shoes, especially Adidas Superstars!

Alot of people seem to know about my fetish..I was written up in numerous magazines TimeoutNY,Maxium,FHM,Villiage Voice,and was on a few t.v. shows..
I have been very lucky to know coool women... 3 of them just bought black high top converse sneakers cause of me..and in my house I have over 300 pairs of old converse,addidas,vans and combat,biker boots from women who are about to throw them out...
This one new friend of mine I met a year ago while I was being a carpet at a rock club (lots of converse there) and we have been very close friends there after...

I used to date this girl named Angela who was the nicest person on this earth but I'll love to know where she at and what she is doing.
